Conservation Northwest, located in Seattle and Bellingham is a company that champions iconic wildlife and they protect, connect and restore old-growth forests and other wildlands from the Washington Coast to the British Columbia Rockies for the benefit of people and wildlife. They strive for conserving wildlands and amazing wildlife. I created the design of a set of four double-sided postcards that were sent to the public, major environmental leaders, and political figures in the Northwest. The postcards were part of an effort to inform the public and others of the Colville National Forest, which only a tiny fraction of it has been permanently protected as congressionally-designated wilderness. These wildlands face widespread motorized recreation, potential uranium mining, and other threats.
